Responsibilities: Chef

- Prepare and cook authentic Nepali dishes according to traditional recipes.
- Develop recent menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Waitstaff

- Greet and seat guests.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- Handle payments and provide accurate billing.

Host/Hostess

- Welcome guests and manage reservations.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and manage the waitlist.
- Provide menus and answer questions about the menu and restaurant.
