Requirements:

- Looking for a reliable and skilled Cook for our homestay. You will prepare fresh, tasty, and homely meals for our guests.

- The ideal person should be able to cook Assamese traditional food, Indian food, Chinese food, and basic multi-cuisine dishes.

- Proven experience as a cook in a homestay, or hotel located in Guwahati.

- Robust knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety practices.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Friendly, trustworthy, and respectful communication style.

Key Responsibilities :

- Cook breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner maintaining standards of taste and hygiene.

- Check food stock regularly, list required ingredients, and coordinate local market purchases with us.

- Keep the kitchen, cooking surfaces, and utensils clean and sanitized.

- Interact politely with guests, take feedback on meals, and handle special requests with a positive attitude
