Job Summary A reputed restaurant in Addu City, Maldives is hiring an experienced Continental Chef for immediate placement. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing authentic continental cuisine, maintaining food quality standards, and managing kitchen operations in a professional hotel or restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a wide variety of continental dishes, including breakfast, soups, salads, pasta, sandwiches, grilled items, steaks, seafood, and desserts.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.
- Plan daily mise en place and prepare ingredients for kitchen operations.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service.
- Follow company recipes and maintain high culinary standards.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Continental Chef in a reputed hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and international cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ready for immediate joining.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: MVR equivalent of USD 550 per month.
