Role Overview

We're looking for a Content Writer & Social Media Manager who can plan, coordinate, and execute content strategy for our clients end-to-end — from ideation to posting.

Responsibilities

- Content planning: Decide what type of reels/videos to create for each client every month (content calendar banana — trends, formats, themes)
- Coordinate with our video editor — brief them on what needs to be shot/edited based on the content plan
- After video is edited: write captions, hashtags, and post copy for each reel/post
- Share final content in the client's WhatsApp/Slack group for approval and posting




- Track what's performing well and adjust the content plan monthly
- Basic copywriting for Instagram bios, ad captions, and campaign copy when needed

Requirements

- Good written English/Hindi, understands social media trends (Instagram/Reels specifically)
- Basic understanding of content calendars and posting schedules
- Can coordinate with a team (editor) and manage multiple clients at once
- Prior internship/project experience in social media management preferred but not mandatory
- Should be organized — this role touches every client, so consistency matters
