We are seeking a sharp, politically savvy Punjabi Political Content Writer to join our campaign team on-ground in Mohali. As the region prepares for the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections, you will be responsible for shaping political narratives, drafting high-impact speeches, crafting social media campaign messaging, and creating data-informed voter engagement content in native Gurmukhi Punjabi.

Key Responsibilities

Narrative & Messaging: Craft persuasive political communications, op-eds, press releases, video scripts, and manifestos tailored to regional Punjab issues (agriculture, youth employment, local economy, governance).

Social Media & Digital Content: Write viral-ready Punjabi content for X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp campaign channels (captions, infographic copy, reel scripts).

Speechwriting: Draft speeches and talking points for political leaders, candidates, and ground spokespersons that resonate with rural and urban voters alike.





War Room Support: Track daily news, regional media trends, and opponent narratives to produce rapid-response political content and counter-campaign copy in real-time.

- On-Ground & Collateral Writing: Develop copy for ground campaigns including pamphlets, slogans, door-to-door survey forms, and rally banners.

Requirements & Qualifications

Language Mastery: Flawless typing, reading, and writing skills in Gurmukhi Punjabi, along with strong spoken/written understanding of English or Hindi.

Domain Experience: Proven experience in a political consultancy, political PR agency, news room, or election management firm.

Political Nuance: Deep understanding of Punjabs socio-political landscape, regional dialects, cultural idioms, and voter demographics.

Speed & Agility: Ability to turn around high-quality content quickly under tight campaign deadlines.
