About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Writer cum Director who can develop engaging content and take creative ownership of video productions, social media content, and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to plan and direct creative video content from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for social media, advertisements, campaigns, and promotional videos.
- Write scripts, captions, dialogues, voice-over content, and promotional copy.
- Plan and direct short-form videos, reels, interviews, promotional videos, and brand content.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and on-screen talent.
- Manage the complete creative process from concept → scripting → shoot → direction → final output.
- Research current social media trends and create content accordingly.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, quality, and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that generates engagement and leads.
- Participate in shoots and provide creative direction on set.





Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, video production, creative direction, or social media content.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and robust storytelling skills.
- Ability to write and direct engaging short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of video production and editing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
