We're hiring a content strategist to work across two companies with very different audiences: Synapsed, an AI automation and technology studio serving businesses, and Reva, a real estate education institute serving students and professionals. You won't be writing scripts or shooting content yourself, your job is to understand what each business actually needs to grow, turn that into a explicit content strategy, and translate that strategy into direction a content creator or editor can execute against.

What you'll do

- Sit down with both teams to understand their goals: who they're trying to reach, what outcome content should drive (leads, credibility, enrollment, brand awareness), and what's worked or failed before

- Build a content strategy for each brand; pillars, formats, cadence, platforms, and how success will be measured

- Translate strategy into concrete direction: briefs, content calendars, and creative guardrails a creator/editor can pick up and run with





- Keep the two strategies distinct; Synapsed's audience is technical and B2B, Reva's is educational and consumer-facing, without diluting either

- Review output against strategy and course-correct based on what's actually performing

What we're looking for

- Experience building content strategy from scratch, not just executing a calendar someone else made

- Comfortable working across genuinely different industries/audiences at the same time

- Can think in terms of business outcomes (pipeline, enrollment, positioning) rather than just "content ideas"

- Strong enough communicator to brief a creator clearly, you're the translation layer between "what the business needs" and "what gets made"

- Bonus: prior experience in either B2B/tech marketing or education/real estate marketing
