About Asirppa

Asirppa is an early-stage startup building a strong digital presence for our products. As the founder, I am looking to bring on a creative Content Creator on a contract basis to help shape how our brand shows up on Instagram and YouTube.

About the Role

I am hiring a Content Creator on a contract basis to independently create video content for Asirppa, from scripting to shooting to final edit. You will receive product briefs from me, and your job is to turn that into scroll-stopping Reels and engaging YouTube videos, delivered on time and ready to publish. This is a fully remote, work-from-home engagement, ideal for someone who can independently handle the full creative process and consistently meet deadlines.

Engagement Details

- Type: Contract-based (not full-time)
- Commitment: Deliverable-based. You will be given an agreed number of Reels and videos per month, with flexibility on how you manage your time
- Working arrangement: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities
- Receive product briefs from the founder and plan content around them
- Write scripts and hooks that grab attention in the first 2 to 3 seconds
- Shoot high-quality footage using your own camera or phone, mic, and lighting setup
- Edit and finalize Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos, ready to publish
- Add captions, music, transitions, and effects that match current trends and platform best practices
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone aligned with the Asirppa brand
- Deliver all content within agreed timelines, with minimal revisions needed

Note: Posting, scheduling, and performance tracking or analytics will be handled separately. Your focus is purely on creating and delivering the content.

Requirements





- 1 to 3 years of experience creating content for Instagram Reels and/or YouTube (portfolio mandatory)
- Robust storytelling and scripting ability for short-form, product-focused content
- Hands-on filming skills, with comfort shooting indoor product content with good lighting and composition
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Understanding of current trends, audio, pacing, and formats that drive engagement on Instagram and YouTube
- Ownership of basic equipment: a smartphone or camera capable of good quality video, a mic, and basic lighting
- Comfort working as an independent contractor or freelancer, including managing your own invoicing and taxes
- Self-driven, organized, and reliable, with the ability to manage your own shoot and edit schedule and consistently hit deadlines

Compensation
