Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Assist in developing social media posts, reels, captions, carousels, blogs, and short-form content.

Research industry trends, topics, and relevant content ideas.

Write clear, engaging, and audience-focused captions and scripts.

Support the Marketing and Content teams in planning and executing content calendars.

Create content around engineering, career development, upskilling, jobs, and industry trends.

Repurpose existing content into different formats for various platforms.

Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas.

Coordinate with the Video, Marketing, and Design teams for content execution.

Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with Protrainy’s brand voice.





Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.

Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.

Ability to research topics and convert information into simple, engaging content.

Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Prior experience with content creation, social media pages, blogs, or personal projects will be an advantage.
