About the Role:

OBLU Healthcare LLP is looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Content Creator to develop engaging content for our digital platforms and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos, storytelling and social media trends, with the ability to take an idea from concept to final published content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and develop creative content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Plan, script, shoot and edit Reels, short-form videos, product videos and promotional content.
- Create engaging hooks, scripts, captions, on-screen text and CTAs.
- Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, topics and social media trends.
- Create content around OBLU's products, dental technology, services, workplace culture and industry topics.
- Coordinate and conduct video shoots, interviews, product demonstrations and employee/company content.
- Handle basic photography and videography for social media and marketing requirements.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, Canva or similar tools.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual style and messaging.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.




- Monitor basic content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience response.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales and other internal teams for content requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of content as per the planned schedule.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in BJMC, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Advertising, Marketing, Design or a related field.
- Freshers with strong creative skills and relevant portfolios/projects are welcome.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Good storytelling, communication and creative-thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation tools.
- Ability to independently handle content from ideation to shooting to editing.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Candidates should be comfortable with on-camera content and video shoots when required.
