Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team in building high-performance, secure, and scalable payment systems. You will be responsible for developing robust enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot, contributing to a microservices architecture, and ensuring the stability of our real-time data processing pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on Development: Write high-quality, efficient, and reusable code using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Best Practices: Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and ensure high unit-test coverage using tools like JUnit and Mockito.
- Microservices & APIs: Build and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Data Systems: Implement real-time data processing and asynchronous communication using Kafka.
- Performance Tuning: Utilize Redis for efficient caching and apply multithreading concepts to optimize application performance.
- Security: Implement application security principles and mitigate vulnerabilities based on OWASP Top 10 guidelines.
- Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies,
work closely with QA and DevOps teams, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure application wellness.
Technical Skills Required
- Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Java (8/11 ), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
- Messaging & Caching: Practical experience with Kafka for streaming and Redis for in-memory data storage.
- Database Knowledge: Proficiency in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle) and Docker.
- CS Fundamentals: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming.
Qualifications & Soft Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities to debug complex issues.
- Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly within a team environment.
