- Interpret and report X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, Ultrasound, and Doppler studies.
- Perform and supervise ultrasound and Doppler examinations.
- Provide accurate and timely radiology reports.
- Correlate imaging findings with the patient's clinical history.
- Communicate critical or urgent findings to the concerned consultant/doctor.
- Assist doctors in diagnosis and treatment planning through imaging findings.
- Perform image-guided procedures, where qualified and applicable.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all radiological investigations.
- Ensure patient identification and correct imaging procedures before reporting.
- Follow radiation safety and patient safety protocols.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient medical information.
- Maintain the required turnaround time for reports.
- Coordinate with radiology technicians and other imaging staff.
- Supervise and guide junior radiology staff when required.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
- Ensure proper use and quality standards of radiology equipment.
- Report equipment problems to the concerned department.
- Keep updated with the latest developments in radiology and imaging technology.
- Follow hospital policies, medical ethics, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with patients, attendants, doctors, and hospital staff.
Qualification
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Radiodiagnosis/Radiology.
- Valid medical registration.
- Relevant experience as a Consultant Radiologist is preferred.
Employment Type
- Full-time / Part-time / Visiting Consultant.
- Salary/Qualified Fee: Fixed / Per Scan / Percentage basis, as mutually agreed.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
