Job requirements

- Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) project across global markets.

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, QA, and SEO/GEO specialists.

- Drive project planning, sprint execution, release management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.

- Gather and manage business requirements, translate them into actionable technical deliverables, and ensure successful implementation.

- Manage global rollouts, UAT, go-live activities, and reporting dashboards.

- Coordinate with AEM,



DevOps, and content teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Required

Skills

- Strong Project/Program Management experience (10+ years).

- Experience working on digital platforms, web applications, or CMS implementations.

- Positive understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred

Skills

- Experience in SEO, Technical SEO, AEO/GEO, AI Search, or Digital Marketing programs.

- Experience managing multi-market/global digital transformation initiatives.

- PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications are a plus.
