This role is ideal for an established practitioner looking to expand their practice into longevity and metabolic medicine without the constraints of a full-time position.You will manage a dedicated cohort of patients, designing highly personalized treatment pathways for weight management and endocrine optimization, supported by structured, regular follow-ups.Key Responsibilities

- Advanced Hormonal Assessment: Analyze and interpret comprehensive biomarker and endocrine panels to diagnose underlying issues like insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, and age-related hormonal declines.
- Medical Weight Management: Design, initiate, and supervise evidence-based weight loss protocols utilizing advanced therapeutics (e.g., GLP-1 receptor agonists), addressing the physiological root causes of stubborn weight gain.
- Structured Follow-Up Care: Conduct scheduled follow-up consultations to evaluate patient progress, manage medication dosages, monitor lab trends, and adjust treatment protocols for sustainable health outcomes.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration:



Provide clinical guidance to our in-house nutritionists, health coaches, and aesthetic teams to ensure a seamless, 360-degree approach to patient care.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain precise, timely electronic medical records (EMR) for all consulted patients during your designated hours.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: MD or DNB in Internal Medicine / General Medicine from a recognized medical institution.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in [Insert Region/State].
- Experience: 3+ years of post-graduation clinical experience. Prior experience or a keen interest in obesity medicine, functional endocrinology, or anti-aging medicine is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a premium, patient-centric bedside manner that aligns with a luxury wellness environment.
- Availability: Ability to commit to fixed weekly consulting hours or designated OPD slots.
