Consultant Endocrinologist:

to lead the clinical strategy for our Hormonal & Metabolic Wellness vertical on a consulting basis. This role is designed for an established specialist looking to apply advanced endocrinology concepts to preventive health, longevity, and body composition management within a premium, low-volume setting.You will manage patients seeking deeply personalized care for weight management, endocrine optimization, and age-related hormonal shifts, ensuring clinical excellence through structured, regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Advanced Hormonal & Metabolic Assessment: Conduct deep-dive evaluations of complex endocrine profiles. Diagnose and manage the root hormonal drivers of metabolic dysfunction, including severe insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, and adult hormone deficiencies.
- Specialised Weight Management: Design and oversee medical weight loss protocols utilizing advanced, evidence-based endocrine therapeutics (e.g., GLP-1/GIP receptor agonists). Tailor treatments specifically to the patient’s metabolic and hormonal baseline.
- Structured Follow-Up & Optimization: Conduct scheduled follow-up consultations to track biomarker trends, fine-tune medication dosages, manage potential side effects,



and ensure sustainable, long-term metabolic recovery.
- Interdisciplinary Leadership: Serve as the chief clinical authority on endocrine health, collaborating with in-house nutritionists, aesthetic clinicians, and lifestyle coaches to create holistic, 360-degree patient pathways.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain precise, timely electronic medical records (EMR) for all consulted patients during your designated hours.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: DM or DNB in Endocrinology from a recognized medical institution.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license to practice as a specialist in Maharashtra.
- Experience: Post-qualification clinical experience in endocrinology. A strong interest or experience in obesity medicine, lifestyle endocrinology, or age-management/longevity medicine is highly valued.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment, robust communication skills, and a premium, patient-centric bedside manner that aligns with a luxury wellness environment.
- Availability: Ability to commit to fixed weekly consulting hours or designated OPD slots.
