Job Title: Consultant- CSR Sales /n Company: Walchand PeopleFirst /n Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid /n Location: Mumbai, India /n /n We are looking for a relationship-driven and commercially sharp CSR Salesperson to build partnerships with corporates, foundations, PSUs, and institutions for CSR-led skilling, employability, livelihood, sustainability, education, and social impact initiatives. /n The role requires someone who can understand client CSR mandates, identify high-impact partnership opportunities, and convert them into long-term strategic engagements. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling ability with strong stakeholder management and a genuine understanding of the CSR and ESG ecosystem in India. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n Business Development & Sales /n /n

- Identify and develop new CSR partnership opportunities with corporates, foundations, family offices, and government-linked institutions

/n

- Build a strong pipeline across sectors such as BFSI, manufacturing, FMCG, IT, pharma, energy, infrastructure, and retail

/n

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, outreach, meetings, proposal development, pitching, negotiation, and closure

/n

- Position CSR initiatives strategically around skilling, employability, women empowerment, sustainability, education, livelihoods, digital literacy, and community development

/n

- Achieve revenue and partnership targets aligned to organizational growth plans

/n

- Build relationships with industry bodies, chambers, consultants, and ecosystem partners

/n /n Client Relationship Management /n /n

- Build long-term relationships with CSR Heads, ESG Leaders, CHROs, Sustainability Officers, Foundation Leads, and senior leadership stakeholders

/n

- Understand client priorities, Schedule VII alignment, geographic focus areas, and impact objectives

/n

- Ensure strong client engagement throughout project lifecycle alongside internal delivery teams

/n

- Support account growth through renewals, upselling,



and cross-functional collaboration

/n /n /n Proposal & Solution Development /n /n

- Work closely with program, operations, finance, and impact teams to create customized CSR proposals and presentations

/n

- Develop compelling concept notes, project plans, budgets, and partnership pitches

/n

- Align solutions with CSR compliance requirements, SDGs, ESG priorities, and measurable impact outcomes

/n

- Support grant applications, RFP responses, and partnership documentation

/n /n /n Preferred Experience (internal only) /n /n

- 3–10 years of experience in CSR sales, partnerships, business development, consulting, NGO fundraising, ESG advisory, or institutional sales

/n

- Experience working with CSR projects, skilling initiatives, foundations, or social impact programs preferred

/n

- Existing network within CSR and corporate ecosystems is an advantage

/n

- Experience handling enterprise or institutional clients preferred
