Job Title: Construction Manager Civil, Marine & Road

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with 10 to 15 years of strong field/site execution experience in Civil, Marine, and Road construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, site teams, subcontractors, resources, quality, safety, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day construction and site execution activities for Civil, Marine, and Road works.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workmen.
- Plan and monitor construction activities as per project schedules and drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements before execution.
- Ensure construction work meets required quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.




- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and management regarding project progress and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and site safety regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10 to 15 years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
- Strong hands-on field/site execution experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Civil, Marine/Port, and Road construction projects.
- Experience in remote or island-based projects will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, site planning, and execution.
- Experience handling subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Solid leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work at the Lakshadweep project site.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
