Computer Operator (with Teaching & Training Responsibilities)Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified and skilled Computer Operator with strong practical knowledge in teaching/training to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and handle day-to-day computer operations, documentation, lab maintenance, and train staff or students on computer systems, software applications, and basic IT workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Computer Operations & Systems: Manage daily data entry, maintain records, prepare reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and handle official correspondence.
- Teaching & Practical Training: Deliver hands-on practical computer training, conduct workshops, and assist users/students with software applications, programming basics, and digital tools.
- Lab & System Administration: Oversee computer lab/office setup, maintain equipment inventory, handle minor hardware/software troubleshooting, and ensure network/system smooth functioning.
- Documentation & Support: Draft technical guides, process documents,



and provide IT support to internal teams or users.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Proven practical knowledge/experience in teaching, lab instructing, or technical training.
- Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-Suite tools.
- Strong understanding of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of programming languages, web basics, or database management is a solid plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, patient teaching demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, and time management.
