Job Responsibilities:

- Daily production, purchase, sales, inventory અને other manufacturing data computerમાં enter અને update કરવું.
- ERP / Excel / Tally અથવા company software માં accurate data entry કરવી.
- Production, raw material, packing material અને finished goodsના records maintain કરવા.
- Inward / Outward, stock અને dispatch related data update કરવો.
- Daily / weekly / monthly reports તૈયાર કરવામાં support કરવો.
- Excel માં data sorting, filtering, formatting અને basic formulasનો ઉપયોગ કરવો.
- Physical documents અને system data વચ્ચે cross-check કરીને errors સુધારવા.




- Production અને other departments પાસેથી જરૂરી data collect કરીને systemમાં update કરવો.
- Key documents અને recordsનું proper filing અને record keeping કરવું.
- Management / Accounts / Production teamને જરૂરી data અને reports સમયસર આપવી.
- Companyની data confidentiality maintain કરવી.

Required Skills:

- Basic computer knowledge.
- MS Excel અને MS Wordનું working knowledge.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- ERP / Tally / manufacturing softwareનું knowledge હોય તો advantage.
- Data handling અને record maintenanceમાં attention to detail.
- Good communication અને coordination skills.

Qualification:

- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Fresher can apply; experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Working Hours: As per company policy Salary: As per experience and company norms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
