1. Strong experience in travel/OTA industry compliance.

• Knowledge of IATA, BSP, GDS, and travel industry regulations.
- Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS and payment-related compliance.
- Robust understanding of compliance processes, internal controls, and risk assessment.
- Candidates with relevant experience in the Travel/OTA domain will be preferred.

Ensure compliance with applicable consumer-protection, e-commerce and dataprivacy regulations, including DPDP Act and GDPR where applicable.

Manage IATA, ARC & BSP compliance, including ticketing, refunds, exchanges, EMDs, ADMs/ACMs and settlements.

Identify and prevent fare manipulation, duplicate bookings, churning,



speculative bookings, hidden-city ticketing and other violations.

Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, payment security and card-payment requirement

Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews of suppliers, consolidators, travel partners and technology providers
