? Hiring: Compliance Officer – Travel / OTA Industry

? Experience: 3–5 Years

? Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

✈️ Industry: Travel Agency / Online Travel Agency (OTA)

? Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Strong experience in Travel / OTA industry compliance
- Positive knowledge of IATA, BSP, GDS and travel industry regulations
- Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, audits & compliance monitoring
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS and payment-related compliance
- Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance processes & risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with consumer protection, e-commerce & data privacy regulations, including DPDP Act and GDPR where applicable
- Manage IATA, ARC & BSP compliance, including ticketing, refunds, exchanges, EMDs, ADMs/ACMs and settlements
- Identify and prevent fare manipulation, duplicate bookings, churning, speculative bookings,



hidden-city ticketing and other violations
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, payment security and card-payment requirements
- Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews of suppliers, consolidators, travel partners & technology providers
- Conduct employee training on airline rules, ticketing compliance, payment security & regulatory requirements
