Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the courier/logistics sector.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Handle grievances from employees, contractors, or customers in a timely and fair manner.
- Develop and maintain legal documentation related to employment, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience as a Compliance Executive or similar role in the logistics or courier industry.
- Robust knowledge of labor compliance requirements under various acts such as Contract Labour Act, Factory Act, Gratuity Act, ESIC etc. .
- Excellent grievance handling skills with ability to resolve complex issues promptly.
