Position : Communicative English Trainer / Faculty

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and experienced Communicative English Trainer / Faculty to train students in spoken English, communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and professional etiquette. The ideal candidate should be able to create an engaging classroom environment and help learners develop the confidence and language skills required for academic, professional, and workplace communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive Communicative English and Spoken English classes.
- Develop student's speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Train students in English grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, presentations, debates, mock interviews, and public-speaking sessions.
- Improve student's confidence and ability to communicate effectively in professional situations.
- Provide training in qualified communication, workplace English, telephone etiquette, email etiquette, and interpersonal communication.
- Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, assignments, and other training materials.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and feedback sessions to monitor student progress.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and other academic documentation.
- Motivate students and create a positive, disciplined, and learner-friendly classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the academic and training team to achieve institutional learning objectives.




- Stay updated with effective English-language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into classroom training.

- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure.
- Strong classroom management and student-engagement skills.
- Ability to work with students from different educational and language backgrounds.
- Energetic, confident, patient, and approachable personality.
- Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Ability to conduct activity-based and practical language training.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital teaching tools is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communicative English, Linguistics, Education, or a related discipline.
- Relevant English-language training will be an added advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in teaching/training Spoken English, Communicative English, Soft Skills, or Personality Development is preferred.
- Experience in aviation, hospitality, travel, customer service, or employability training will be an added advantage.

Performance Expectations The selected candidate will be expected to:

- Improve students’ English fluency and confidence.
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom sessions.
- Achieve defined student learning and performance targets.
- Maintain professional standards of teaching and classroom discipline.
- Contribute to the overall academic and professional development of students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
