We are looking for a Commis III – Pan Asian to join our culinary team. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine, food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing Pan Asian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Perform basic food preparation, cutting, and mise en place.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and quality standards.
- Support senior chefs during service.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a Pan Asian/Asian kitchen preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
