Open Positions
- Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian Cuisine
- The Role: Lead the Indian section of the kitchen, ensuring impeccable food quality, consistency, and presentation. You will manage daily prep, oversee junior chefs, and maintain strict inventory and hygiene standards.
- Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a reputed hotel or premium restaurant setting. Strong leadership abilities and an expert grasp of advanced Indian culinary techniques and high-volume service.
- Commis 1 – South Indian
- The Role: Execute authentic South Indian specialties, with a robust focus on traditional Kerala cuisine and coastal favorites. You will ensure precise spice blending, tempering, and adherence to heritage recipes.
- Requirements: 2-4 years of dedicated experience in South Indian kitchens.
Must possess a deep understanding of regional flavor profiles and effective prep skills.
- Commis 1 – Indian (North/Multi-regional)
- The Role: Support the CDP in crafting classic North Indian curries, tandoor preparations, and breads. You will handle precise portioning, marination, and fast-paced order execution.
- Requirements: 2-4 years of experience specializing in North Indian or general Indian cuisine. Strong foundational prep skills, reliability, and the ability to work seamlessly under pressure.
