- Mise en Place (Preparation): Weigh, measure, sift, and mix dry and wet ingredients according to exact recipes. Prepare baking pans, line trays, and organize workstations before baking starts.

- Baking Support: Assist in scaling dough, shaping bread, piping creams, and doing basic decorating or filling under close supervision. Operate standard kitchen equipment like ovens and mixers safely.

- Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, and equipment regularly. Follow food safety rules, maintain proper fridge temperatures, and label/date stored items correctly.

- Inventory & Stock Control: Help receive, check, and store daily bakery deliveries. Rotate stock using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method and report low supplies to senior chefs.

- Skill Development: Learn advanced French pastry and baking techniques, improve knife and tool handling, and assist other kitchen sections during busy service hours.
