MobiKwik – Collection Executive urgent hiring KRA / Key Responsibilities Handle NPA cases with 180 DPD (Days Past Due). Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets. Conduct customer follow-ups through calling and field collection.
Establish contact with delinquent customers and understand repayment issues. Negotiate repayment options as per company policy. Maintain accurate PTP (Promise to Pay) and payment records. Update daily collection activities and customer status in CRM/MIS.
Follow up on broken PTPs and escalate difficult cases to the Team Leader. Coordinate with the concerned teams for high-risk and long-pending accounts. Follow all company collection policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Profile
Experience in NPA / Banking / NBFC / Fintech / Loan Collections preferred. Valuable communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with collection executives.
