We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers through phone calls, messages, and field visits, maintaining accurate records of collections and pending payments, preparing daily collection reports, resolving payment-related queries, and coordinating with the accounts and sales teams. The candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, basic computer knowledge, willingness to travel for field visits, and the ability to achieve collection targets.
Previous experience in collections, finance, banking, or field sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹9,580.21 - ₹17,470.08 per month
