Responsibilities: Call customers regarding pending EMI/loan payments. Follow up with customers for payment collection. Take PTP (Promise to Pay) and follow up until payment is received. Update customer remarks and payment status in CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets. Coordinate with Team Leader and Field Executives when required. Maintain professional communication with customers and follow collection guidelines.
RequirementsFreshers & experienced candidates can apply.
Collection/Recovery/BPO/Telecalling experience preferred. Telugu & Hindi required. Basic computer knowledge. Positive communication and convincing skills. Target-oriented and disciplined. Candidates staying near Secunderabad/Karkhana and surrounding areas preferred.
