Looking for a Co-Founder to build ODPL with me:

I’m looking for someone who wants to build a company, not just join one .

One Dukan Private Limited (ODPL) is the company behind Vegandukan, Tofu Guys and ULTX .

We’ve already built an operating business across e-commerce, plant-based foods, B2B, retail and our own brands. Now I’m looking for a co-founder who can help make the company stronger, tighter and much more scalable.

I naturally spend most of my time on sales, partnerships, products, brand, fundraising and growth .

I’m looking for someone who can complement that by taking ownership of finance, business operations and internal execution .

This person could be working on Shopify one day, tightening cash-flow tracking the next, improving an internal process, negotiating with vendors, setting up policies, reviewing margins, coordinating compliance or joining an investor meeting.

I’m looking for someone who is:

- Strong with numbers and financially disciplined
- Comfortable with Shopify, spreadsheets, SaaS tools and systems
- High-agency and willing to solve small problems without waiting
- Valuable at creating processes, SOPs,



dashboards and policies
- Comfortable managing vendors, people and external partners
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on and commercially minded
- Capable of gradually becoming the second face of ODPL

Experience in startups, SMEs, e-commerce, FMCG, finance, operations or a founder’s office would be useful. Important: this is not a salaried job opportunity. I’m looking for someone willing to invest their own capital into ODPL, work without drawing a salary initially, and build meaningful ownership in the company .

The structure would include investment equity plus additional co-founder equity linked to active contribution and long-term commitment.

If you’ve reached a stage where you’d rather own and build something than simply manage someone else’s business , I’d love to speak.
