Role This is a full time hybrid role for a Co-Founder & CEO based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Co-Founder & CEO will lead the overall vision, strategy, and execution for BuyUcoin™, driving growth in user acquisition, trading volume, and product innovation in the crypto ecosystem.

Daily responsibilities include defining the company roadmap, making key business and financial decisions, overseeing regulatory and compliance initiatives, and building strategic partnerships across finance, technology, and industry stakeholders. The role involves leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment between product, operations, marketing, and customer success. The Co-Founder & CEO will represent the company with investors, media, regulators, and community partners, while continuously monitoring market trends and competitive dynamics to refine the company’s positioning.
