Hiring: Wedding Choreography Coordinator

Dance Team by Vickky is looking for a responsible and well-spoken Coordinator to manage and coordinate with our wedding choreography clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients regarding their wedding choreography requirements
- Manage communication between clients and choreographers
- Schedule and coordinate practice sessions
- Follow up with clients regarding songs, performances and schedules
- Keep track of session updates and client requirements
- Ensure smooth coordination throughout the choreography process
- Handle WhatsApp messages and calls professionally
- Resolve basic client queries and share updates with the team

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi & English




- Responsible, organized and punctual
- Good at handling clients professionally
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and scheduling
- Experience in wedding/events coordination or client handling will be preferred
