Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping RAPIDRY’s strategy, operations, and growth, working full time on-site in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing business strategy, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and overseeing customer experience and service quality. The role involves analyzing market trends, refining pricing and service offerings, and identifying current revenue opportunities and partnerships.

The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with operational teams to optimize processes,



manage resources, and ensure efficient service delivery. This position requires hands-on involvement in decision-making, problem-solving, and building a strong, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess performance, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder management, and customer-facing interactions.
- Proven experience in sales, with the ability to build relationships, close deals, and develop strategic partnerships.
- Marketing skills, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and digital outreach in consumer-facing businesses.
- Research skills to study market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Prior entrepreneurial, startup, or early-stage company experience is highly beneficial.
- Background in operations, retail, or services sectors is an advantage;

experience in laundry or garment care is a plus.

- Ability to work on-site full time in Gurugram and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
