Brew Lab Food & Beverage Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Cofounder

Brew Lab has spent the last 5 years building a premium range of food and beverage premixes — tea, coffee, baking essentials, seasonings, marinades, sprinklers, and ready mixes. We're now a 25-person team, trusted by 500+ business partners and 50,000+ customers, sold on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Jio, and worked with names like Chai Point, Nescafé and Lavazza.

We've reached a stage where scaling this further needs more than one founder carrying it — which is why we're bringing on a cofounder to help lead the next phase.

We're looking for a cofounder to take ownership of:

- Marketing, both online and offline

- Operations

- B2B and D2C outreach

This is a cofounder role, not an employee role — equity, not just a salary, and real decision-making authority over the areas above.
