Clikin Tech is launching its Global Capability Center (GCC)

and Offshore Development Center (ODC)

services in India, building on its digital engineering and workforce solutions.

We are looking for a hands-on Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer who can generate qualified leads, close enterprise deals and build our commercial function from the ground up.

This opportunity is for a business builder who combines prior GCC setup experience with robust sales execution and an entrepreneurial mindset.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

· Go-to-Market Strategy:

Define target markets, ideal customer profiles, service positioning, pricing and the market-entry roadmap.

· Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, account-based selling, executive relationships and strategic partnerships.

· End-to-End Enterprise Sales:

Own discovery, consultative solution selling, proposals, RFP responses, commercial negotiations and deal closure.

· GCC & ODC Engagements:

Work with delivery teams to shape GCC setup, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), managed ODC and dedicated engineering solutions.

· Revenue & Business Growth:

Establish CRM discipline, revenue forecasting and P&L; planning; expand accounts and build the sales function as the business grows.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

· Mandatory GCC setup experience:





A demonstrable role in establishing a GCC in India, from planning through launch. GCC exposure or staffing sales alone is not sufficient.

· Proven 0-to-1 execution:

Experience building a new business or service line, acquiring initial customers and generating revenue.

· Strong B2B sales credentials:

Enterprise sales and business development experience in GCC, ODC or technology services, with relationships across CXOs and global decision-makers.

· Commercial and operational understanding:

Familiarity with location strategy, talent ramp-up, operating models, delivery governance and GCC economics.

PARTNERSHIP MODEL

This is an active, founder-level business partnership

- not a salaried employment, advisory-only or lead-referral role.

There is no salary from Day 1. Partnership structure, responsibilities and commercial terms will be mutually agreed.
