I'm building an early-stage task marketplace that connects people who need something done with people who can get it done.

We're now looking for a hands-on Founding CTO who wants to join at the very beginning and help take the product from launch to scale.
What I'm looking for
- 5+ years of strong software engineering experience preferred
- Proven experience building and shipping real products
- Startup / early-stage experience is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of mobile, backend, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Flutter/Dart is preferred
- Comfortable working with an existing codebase and improving architecture rather than unnecessarily rebuilding everything
- Experience with payments, authentication, notifications, third-party integrations, security and production systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git/GitHub, monitoring and app deployment
- Ability to eventually build and lead an engineering team
More importantly, I'm looking for the right mindset:
Someone who takes ownership, moves quick, solves problems independently and thinks beyond just writing code. We need someone who can treat the product like their own, make technical decisions, ship quickly, fix issues when they arise and help shape the technology and product direction.
This is very early stage . We're just getting started, so this isn't a traditional corporate CTO position. You'll be working directly with the founder and will have a significant role in shaping the technology, engineering culture and future of the company.
The product is ready, and our focus now is launching, getting real users and building the marketplace from the ground up.
