- Operate VMC CNC machines for machining aerospace components as per approved drawings, programs, and work instructions.

- Set and operate 3/4/5-axis VMC machines, including workholding, tooling, offsets, and tool length/wear compensation.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, specifications, and process sheets.

- Perform machine setup, tool loading, datum setting, probing, and first-off component inspection.

- Monitor machining parameters such as cutting speed, feed, depth of cut, spindle load, and coolant condition.

- Inspect components using vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, and other precision measuring instruments.

- Maintain dimensional accuracy and ensure components meet aerospace quality and customer requirements.

- Identify and report tool wear, dimensional deviations, surface-finish issues, and machine/process abnormalities.





- Maintain 5S, machine cleanliness, tool control, coolant management, and protected working practices.

- Complete production records, inspection reports, tool-life records, and traceability documentation while supporting productivity and continuous improvement.
