Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to create, modify, and optimize CNC machine programs for accurate and productive manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC programming, machining processes, and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify CNC programs for milling, turning, drilling, and other machining operations.- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and 3D CAD models.- Develop efficient tool paths using CNC programming software and CAM systems.- Select appropriate cutting tools, work-holding methods, speeds, and feeds.- Set up and prove out programs on CNC machines.- Perform program simulations and make necessary corrections before production.- Optimize machining processes to improve productivity, quality, and tool life.- Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues.- Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.- Coordinate with production, design, tooling, and quality teams.- Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, revisions,



and setup documentation.- Follow all safety procedures and company manufacturing standards.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming for milling, turning, or multi-axis machines.- Proficiency in G-code, M-code, and CNC machine controls.- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.-; Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.- Knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes, speeds, and feeds.- Good understanding of measuring instruments and inspection methods.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Ability to work independently and coordinate with production teams.- Knowledge of workplace safety and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Tool and Die Making, or a related field.- Previous experience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Setter, or CNC Machinist will be preferred.- Knowledge of CNC turning, milling, VMC, HMC, or multi-axis machining is an advantage.- Freshers with relevant technical training may also be considered.
