Hiring for Aerospace Companies

Entry-Level (0 to2 years)

- Machine Operation: Load and secure workpieces into fixtures, chucks, or vises.
- Program Execution: Run pre-programmed CNC cycles at the machine control panel.
- Basic Quality Checks: Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances.
- Tool Maintenance: Replace worn tools and maintain a clean work area.
- Safety Compliance: Follow shop-floor safety standards and housekeeping practices.

Mid-Level (2 to 5 years)

- Setup & Adjustments: Install workpieces, select cutting tools, set tool offsets, and adjust feeds/speeds.
- Minor Programming: Make small edits in G-code/M-code for tool wear compensation.
- Advanced Inspection: Perform dimensional checks using micrometers, Vernier calipers, bore/thread gauges, and sometimes CMM.
- Process Optimization: Monitor machine cycles, adjust coolant flow, and reduce scrap.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and escalate mechanical/electrical issues.

Growth opportunities





- Progression: CNC Programmer, Lead CNC Operator, Tooling Engineer, or Production Supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, BE in any Specialization
- Experience: 05 years in CNC machine operation (Fresher or experienced).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tool offsets, G-code basics, blueprint reading, and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Quality Focus: Ability to check tolerances, maintain accuracy, and follow inspection standards.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, willingness to learn, teamwork, discipline in safety practices.
- Location Preference: Coimbatore near by Saravanampatti , Kalapatti , Ganapathy etc.. Pollachi , Malumpachampatti and Palladam
