- Who is an expert in making 2D and 3D programs on CNC machines.
- We are a standard die parts manufacturer of press sheet metal components.
- Must know 2D programming.
- Must know 3D programming.
- Must be able to set programs on CNC.
- Must know how to handle ATC.
- Process planning for critical parts i.e. core cavity of Press tool.
- CNC machine controller: Siemens, Fanuc, Haas, Heidenhain.
- Mastercam.
- Verify production set-up and production programming and preparation of 3D models.
- Inspection report and job card.
- Daily machine priorities.
- Daily production reports.
- Maintain records for machine idle hours.
- Shift arrangement.
- Provide setup sheet for all machines.
- Point operation (daily work of operator record).
- Program sheet soft copy.
- Daily production meeting.
- Provide tooling for all machines.
- Machine operating in urgency. DME
