Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Brake Shoe Machine Operator / CNC Machine Operator to operate and monitor CNC and production machines used for manufacturing automotive brake shoe components . The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, dimensional inspection, quality checking, and maintaining production standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC and brake shoe manufacturing machines as per production requirements.

Set up machines, fixtures, tools, and job components before starting production. Load and unload raw materials/components safely and correctly. Set machine parameters and make necessary adjustments during production.

Read and understand basic engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances . Perform machining/grinding/drilling and other assigned operations as per job requirements. Monitor machine performance and production output.





Check finished components for dimensions, accuracy, surface finish, and quality . Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, and other inspection tools . Identify machining defects and make basic machine/tool adjustments when required.

Maintain production targets while minimizing rejection and material wastage. Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance. Follow all quality, safety, and production SOPs . Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.

Coordinate with Production and Quality teams regarding machine, quality, or production issues. Maintain basic production and inspection records.
