- Operate CNC turning machines safely and efficiently.

- Set up machines, workpieces, cutting tools, and tool offsets.

- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.

- Check tool wear and make necessary offset corrections.

- Perform in-process inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other measuring instruments.

- Ensure components are manufactured according to required quality standards.

- Identify and report machine, tooling, or quality problems.

- Maintain production targets and minimize machine downtime.

- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and 5S practices.

- Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.

- Record production and inspection details as required.

- Coordinate with supervisors, quality personnel, and maintenance teams when necessary.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
