Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple locations within an assigned cluster. The role is responsible for achieving business targets, managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving growth across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches/stores within the assigned cluster.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and operational targets.

- Monitor branch/store performance through KPIs, MIS reports, and regular reviews.

- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop branch/store managers and their teams.

- Ensure effective manpower planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.

- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

- Identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives to increase revenue.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, compliance requirements, and operational standards.

- Conduct regular branch/store visits and performance reviews.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity,



and local business opportunities.

- Work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to achieve business objectives.

- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and improvement plans.

- Maintain effective relationships with key customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

- Ensure cost control and efficient utilization of resources across the cluster.

- Resolve escalated customer, employee, and operational issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's Degree

- 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience managing multiple locations.

- Strong leadership and people-management skills.

- Good analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and reporting tools.

- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned cluster.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
