Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC bending/press brake machines safely and efficiently.

- Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and bending specifications.

- Set up the machine, select suitable tools/dies, and load programs.

- Check material dimensions and ensure correct bending angles and measurements.

- Perform first-piece inspection and regular quality checks during production.

- Make necessary machine/program adjustments to maintain accuracy.

- Handle materials carefully and avoid scratches, dents, or deformation.

- Maintain daily production records and report completed quantities.

- Identify machine abnormalities and report maintenance requirements.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures.

- Ensure tools, dies, and work area are properly maintained.





Required Skills

- Experience operating CNC Press Brake / CNC Bending Machine.

- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming.

- Ability to use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, measuring tape, and angle gauge.

- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.

- Good understanding of bending angles, dimensions, and tolerances.

- Safety-conscious and disciplined.

- Experience in furniture, sheet-metal, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
