About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager – EBO to manage and drive the performance of multiple BIBA Exclusive Brand Outlets across Bangalore.

The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, ensuring operational excellence, managing store teams, optimizing inventory, maintaining VM standards, and delivering a consistent customer experience across the cluster. The role will require strong on-ground presence and close coordination with the central Retail, VM, HR, Supply Chain and Merchandising teams.

BIBA operates multiple EBOs across Bangalore, making this role critical for driving consistent store performance and execution across the city.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance

- Drive overall sales, revenue and profitability across the assigned EBO cluster.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor store-wise performance and identify gaps against budgets and targets.
- Drive productivity through improvement in conversion, ATV, UPT, footfall and sell-through.
- Develop store-specific action plans for underperforming stores.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly business performance and take corrective actions.

2. Store Operations

- Ensure smooth and productive day-to-day operations across all stores.
- Ensure adherence to BIBA's SOPs, policies and operational processes.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify operational gaps.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling, billing, opening/closing, housekeeping and safety processes.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and coordinate with relevant departments.

3. Inventory Management

- Monitor store-wise stock availability and inventory health.




- Ensure optimum stock levels and effective stock utilization.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving merchandise and take corrective actions.
- Drive stock transfers, consolidation and replenishment wherever required.
- Minimize stock ageing, shrinkage and stock-related losses.
- Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams for stock requirements and availability.

4. Team Management & Development

- Lead and manage Store Managers and store teams across the cluster.
- Set clear targets and performance expectations for store teams.
- Coach and mentor Store Managers to improve business performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training requirements and ensure effective execution of training programs.
- Build a high-performance and customer-centric retail culture.

5. Customer Experience

- Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality customer experience across all EBOs.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Ensure store teams demonstrate strong product knowledge and selling skills.
- Drive customer engagement and improve conversion and repeat business.

6. Visual Merchandising

- Ensure adherence to BIBA's VM guidelines across all stores.
- Ensure timely implementation of seasonal launches, campaigns and promotional displays.
- Conduct regular VM audits and ensure corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the VM team for store refreshes and campaign execution. Strong VM compliance is a common responsibility in multi-store EBO management.

7. Business Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze store-wise sales, stock and productivity reports.
- Track key retail KPIs and identify trends and opportunities.




- Prepare and share regular performance updates with the Regional Manager / Business Head.
- Use data and market insights to improve store productivity and profitability.
- Provide feedback on product performance, customer preferences and local market trends.

8. Market & Competitor Understanding

- Maintain strong understanding of the Bangalore retail market.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions and customer trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve BIBA's market presence and store performance.
- Provide inputs for potential current store locations and expansion opportunities.

9. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Merchandising, VM, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Projects teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of new store openings and business initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve store-level issues quickly.
- Support expansion and new store onboarding wherever required.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in Retail Management, Business Management or a related field preferred.
- 6–10 years of experience in fashion/apparel retail, preferably with experience managing multiple EBOs.
- Should have strong experience in cluster / area / multi-store retail operations.
- Strong understanding of sales, inventory, store operations and retail KPIs.
- Experience in managing and developing Store Managers and frontline teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Bangalore retail market will be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to travel extensively across stores in Bangalore.
