nExpected skills:

- Identify missing EHS processes and systems as per ISO 14001 and 45001
n
- Identify EHS champions across facilities management and supply chain teams
n
- Conduct internal trainings for on-ground facilities management and supply chain teams on SOPs and local and national compliance and reporting requirements
n
- Support corporate sustainability team in ensuring accurate data is reported on time for the company's annual filings with SEBI
n
- Support sites to build and maintain a safety culture, including deployment and operation of safety toolkit
n
- Partner with India EHS Central team on assessing impact of new processes on safety and environment
n
- Partner with site leaders to ensure they execute safety requirements, track action data entry and completion
n




- Embed effective HSE operational controls at every level in the organization.
n
- Ensure site management team are able to assess incidents, root causes and recordability criteria and input information correctly into Incident Reporting System
n
- Partner with Operation and HR to ensure accurate recordkeeping, and compliance with legal requirements and reporting standards
n
- Identify and develop required safety standards to ensure a protected working environment and formulate rules to ensure that safety standards are met.
n
- Train operation staff on safety rules and conduct safety audits & safety committee to ensure adherence to safety rules and standards.

nIdeal Qualifications:

n

n
- 12 -15 years in successfully managing EHS responsibilities and teams in a reputed Indian or multinational company ideally in logistics, manufacturing, or food services
n
- BTech or Science graduate with PG Diploma in Workplace, Health & Safety Management
n
- Certified as an auditor for ISO 14001 or 45001
n
- Should enjoy traveling to facilities across the region on a regular basis
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – oral and written
n
