Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of OTM-based control towers for real-time fleet and shipment visibility.
- Translate business requirements into functional OTM specifications and ensure seamless delivery of IT-enabled logistics solutions.
- Integrate OTM with GPS, ADAS, DMS, and other telematics systems for enhanced operational control and compliance.
- Develop and automate transport KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) for performance tracking and decision support.
- Standardize and optimize transport SOPs, exception management, and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, RCA).
- Manage vendor relationships, contract/SLA management, and drive cost optimization across own and 3PL fleets.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops for requirement gathering, solution design, and system implementation.
- Support export operations, spot freight booking, and compliance with procurement policies.
- Lead or support digital documentation, ePOD, and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:





- Robust hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud and/or On-Premise.
- Proven track record in logistics strategy, fleet optimization, and transport budgeting.
- Experience with telematics integration (GPS, ADAS, DMS) and digital transformation projects.
- Advanced skills in Power BI or similar analytics/reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of cold chain, FTL, PTL, and export transportation operations.
- Strong process orientation: SOPs, exception management, compliance monitoring.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Six Sigma or Lean certification.
- Experience with Ariba, Procol, or similar procurement/auction platforms.
- Exposure to international logistics/export operations.
- Certifications in OTM, supply chain, or analytics tools.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Advanced certifications preferred.
