- Solid understanding of network protocols, infrastructure components, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools to analyze network performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Ability to manage and support network configurations, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and tools to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret system logs and network data for effective issue diagnosis.
