About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Automation Engineer to join our energetic team at Infosys Finacle in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cloud administration across multiple cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable multi-cloud infrastructure solutions, with a focus on automation, architecture design, and environment provisioning. The successful candidate will work closely with application, platform, and security teams to deliver resilient, secure, and efficient cloud solutions that support our digital banking initiatives.

Qualifications The successful candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in cloud computing and automation. A strong educational background with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification is essential.

Proven expertise in provisioning, managing, and automating cloud resources on platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI is required.



Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible, along with scripting skills in Bash/Shell and Python, is necessary. Additionally, candidates should possess solid Linux/Unix system administration skills, a thorough understanding of Kubernetes architecture, and familiarity with cloud networking concepts.

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration tools will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to automate cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Build and enhance automation solutions utilizing Bash/Shell scripting or Python to streamline operational workflows.
- Design and implement cloud landing zones and infrastructure architectures across AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI, ensuring alignment with best practices and security standards.
- Provision, configure, and manage cloud services including compute instances, virtual networks (VPC/VNet), storage solutions, and databases to support scalable applications.
- Provision, operate, and maintain Kubernetes clusters using managed services such as EKS, GKE, AKS, and OKE, ensuring high availability and security.
- Support, optimize, and enhance CI/CD pipelines, integrating automation tools like Jenkins, Git,



and Docker to facilitate continuous integration and delivery.
- Perform Linux/Unix system administration tasks, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and patch management to ensure system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, and Kubernetes-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity.
- Collaborate with application, security, and platform engineering teams to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable cloud solutions aligned with organizational standards.
