- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, medications, and prescription processing.
- Good understanding of US healthcare/pharmacy standards is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while ensuring compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Review and process prescriptions accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Coordinate with pharmacy technicians and other team members to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
- Provide medication-related information and support to healthcare staff as required.
- Handle prescription refills efficiently and ensure timely processing.
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls related to pharmacy operations when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to medication and pharmacy activities.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow applicable confidentiality, compliance, and HIPAA requirements while handling patient and medication-related information.
